Welcome to juss22, an online entertainment platform operating under juss22 Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and juss22 regarding the use of all services, games, and features available on our platform at juss22.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or accessing our platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Juss22 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Notification will be provided via registered email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

To register and use juss22 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a legally competent individual to enter into a binding agreement.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit for regular members; limits may vary by VIP tier.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after confirmation.
• Juss22 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Completed KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed within less than 5 minutes consistently.
• Juss22 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in cases approved by management.

Juss22 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems, technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider, or a member's failure to provide the required information within the stipulated timeframe.

Juss22 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and exclusive VIP promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement (rollover) that apply. These requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stipulated timeframe. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Every member is eligible to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other members or directly exchanged for cash.

• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the standard verification process.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, juss22 and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
